Plantpeddler Trials

Here at Plantpeddler we understand the importance of staying on the cutting edge of the idustry.  As a company we are commited to searching out the best varieties available and getting them to our customers.  Every year we take this commitment to heart by testing new and existing plant varieties. In our 2012 Spring Trials, we evaluated over 700 plant varieties from breeders across the globe.  At Plantpeddler we maintain an elaborate trial gardens to "Test the Best in the Midwest".

As part of our Spring Trials, each year we host events for all members of the horticulture industry.  From growers to retailers to consumers, we have events that are geared to provide learning and networking opportunities for our customers and suppliers.  For some information on this year's event click here!

Trial Results

During the week of trial events, we ask our visitors to grade their top three choices of the 700 varieties being showcased.  At the end of the event week we compile the results to establish this year's top 25 varieties.
